It is possible to look within and find calmness, in spite of all that may be going on around you. this is because we are in charge of our state of mind, but we unconsciously allow other things, elements, or worse – other people to determine our state of mind.
Pause for a moment and ask yourself what you’re thinking about and if you’re not satisfied with your answer – FOCUS on something else.
Practice this regularly and you’ll find it gets easier with time.
