It’s a well known but usually ignored fact that – ‘you only live once’ sadly, it also been said that ‘cowards die many times before their death’

Now, let's get this right I’m not calling anyone a coward, but the coward syndrome is really robbing a lot of people of the fullness of life that they could be enjoying.
